We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

We offer exchange only — no cash refunds. If your requested size is out of stock, you'll receive store credit.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. BLUSHOVA covers all return shipping for such cases.
